Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. Enticing aromas of yellow peach, quince jam, crème brûlée and nuances of herbs and citrus zest on the nose. A very fine mousse combines with a juicy, invigorating acid core and mineral undertones on the palate, leading into a straightforward, full-bodied finish with a youthful and somewhat tart length that's characterised by smoked almonds. Good ageing potential.
