Sparkling straw yellow, fine, slightly restrained perlage; smells of nougat, some hazelnuts and apple, fine matured notes, very inviting; shows a lot of fresh acidity on the palate, juicy, very clear and straightforward, builds up for a long time, fine perlage, long finish.
