Pronounced golden yellow in colour with a fine mousse. Intense on the nose, with aromas of hazelnut, buttery toast, followed by baked apple and hints of tropical fruit. The wine builds gently and elegantly on the palate with a soft mousse, great balance, and persistent finish.
