Tasting Notes
Bright, rich golden yellow in colour. Complex aromas of caramel cream, fresh café au lait, yeast plait and candied citrus fruit, as well as ripe stone fruit and a hint of vanilla. Full of tension on the palate with an interplay of full-bodied, mineral texture, balanced dosage and a juicy fresh kick of lime in behind the silky mousse. Creamy and salty on the finish, reminiscent of white nougat. Remarkable length.
