Tasting Notes
November 2005: Deep ruby garnet, firm color core, delicate ochre rim. Delicate hints of dried plums on the nose, fine tobacco spice. On the palate, red berry currant fruit, rather slender, already drinkable, somewhat dry and rough on the finish, characterized by a distinctive tannin on the finish, today a good food companion, definitely endowed with the character of the house. (Drink!)
