Tasting Notes
November 2005: Strong ruby garnet, firm color core, delicate ochre rim. Smoky bouquet on the nose, fine cassis, delicately animal, appears cedary, altogether concealed, a small cork impairment was discussed. Quite good substance on the palate, nevertheless somewhat dry, underlaid with red berry nuances, already well balanced overall. (In normal form and bottle, certainly ready to drink with potential for another five years).
