Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening, ripe heart cherry, a hint of plum, fine herbal savouriness, mineral nuances, leafy touch. Juicy, black berry fruit, vivid, demanding tannins, fresh structure, ripe cherry on the finish, taut and persistent, still quite austere, lots of wood on the finish, certain ageing potential, but less charm at the moment. With more than 95% Cabernet.
