Closed richness on the nose, balsamic, rock flour, yellow plum. Supple attack, then marked by substance, seems sweet and not sweet at the same time, ripe and persistent acidity, very mineral, dense and gripping on a soft base, designed for very long term, oscillating lime-mineral. Quite closed on the nose but some richness with balsamic, yellow plum and rocky notes. Initial suppleness gives way to a powerful wine which seems sweet and savoury at the same time. Persistent acidity, very mineral, grippy but with softness. Made for the very long term, oscillating lime-mineral.
