Copper coloured, intense aromas of cardamom, red pepper and delicate woody notes. With air, wild berry confit, piquant savouriness, mineral trait, clear spontaneous fermentation notes, balsamic. Delicate mousse, restrained acidity, great fullness in the mouth with elegance. Has certain ageing potential.
