Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, fine-grained mousse. Delicate yeasty aromas of brioche, biscuit and buttered toast on the nose, with notes of candied citrus zest, herbal sweets, acacia blossom, forest honey and Earl Grey tea. Complex on the palate, with elegant, mature flavours and herbal nuances, finely dosed, harmonious and not tiring. A very elegant, complex crémant that benefits from mature flavours - an ideal accompaniment to food.
