Tasting Notes
Pale salmon pink, finely sparkling with delicate foam development. On the nose, fresh red berries, rosehip, pomegranate seeds, nectarine, sour cherry, candied orange peel and subtle hints of biscuit. On the palate, a lively interplay between the fruit, juicy acidity and fine mousse, the dosage emphasises the delicate fruit without overpowering it. An elegant and very successful rosé crémant.
