Tasting Notes
Bright, rich golden yellow. A multi-layered bouquet of fresh vanilla cream, dried fruit and intense caramel notes, with a hint of smoked bacon and grilled pineapple with air. A full-bodied, complex palate is characterised by medium acidity and accentuated wood notes, which emphasise the baroque character. Good development potential, and excellent with roasted dishes.
