Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ripe, pure berry fruit with notes of elderberry, cherry and cassis. Notes of undergrowth as well as savoury and vegetal nuances, some paprika. Soft and elegant on the palate with beautiful fruit, ripe tannins and good length. Finishes slightly tart. Salty aftertaste.
