Tasting Notes
The difficult year brought a very small yield - and a wine that still has an almost completely solid colour. The dense aroma of coffee grounds and wild plum is still surprisingly fresh. On the palate, the tannins are just as dense and fleshy, the structure has a lot of substance with a medium fruit expression, and the wine has a distinctive tactile minerality. Quite good length. It is decidedly pure in everything that is there. Finally, there are even slightly supple motifs.
