Tasting Notes
Still well defined up to the rim. Somewhat truffly on the nose, spontaneous fermentation aromas, floral, tarragon, beeswax, some "warmth" is noticeable, but translated into spice, almost a hint of Marsala. Lots of juice on the palate and a still young, grainy tannin with resilience, juicy elegance, seamlessly integrated acidity. The spiciness at the beginning of its development is the point here, the wine still seems dense and compact, great ageing potential.
