Light golden colour. Aroma of apple peel tea, a hint of blossom honey. Immediately savoury on the palate, aniseed cookies, comparatively strong phenolics, a hint of oxidation and a hint of yeast in the background, and a touch of oiliness. Almost has a certain resemblance to a white wine from Jura. Phenolics, supple motifs and long and complex fanning out of savouriness make this wine special. Good mineral definition.
