Rich bright golden yellow. Finely defined nose of buttered white bread, some vanilla, ripe banana and a touch of candied apple in the background. Juicy in the mouth, with an elegant mousse, patisserie aromas, smoothness, precise drive, some saltiness and lime on the finish and a harmonious aftertaste.
