The sparkling wine Perlé Brut Trento DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, bright lemon yellow. Opens with an elegant aroma of roasted hazelnuts, milk chocolate, quince, lime and a delicate minerality, very finely drawn. Balanced and very coherent on the palate. Fruit, acidity and mousse combine very well, tightens finely and the finish is slightly salty with fresh texture.
