Dark ruby red with a drop of purple. The nose initially has aromas of oak, then opens up to grated blackcurrant, cold smoke, elegant vanilla, altogether restrained and yet inviting. Concentration and savouriness on the palate, grippingly spans the tongue, with tightly woven tannins, hearty and with beautiful juiciness, long finish, notes of forest fruits.
