Quite intense, elegant aromas of candied citrus fruits, fruit and yeasty-smoky nuances, some roasted almonds. Rather effervescent on the palate with medium-fine mousse, ripe acidity and beautiful intensity with ripe apple notes, subtle blossom honey. Nice length with a salty finish.
