Tasting Notes
On the nose it is as intensive as it is refined, the partial development of the basic wine in oak provides for smoky notes, in addition, some red apple and also yellow fruit, some apricot. Fine mousse. On the palate, the fine texture from long maturation on the lees meets with wonderfully animating freshness, the sparkling wine is crisp, dry, precise, straightforward and taut, but also has drive and power with plenty of elegance.
