The sekt Rosé Tradition Brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Great copper-golden colour in the glass and a very nice aromatic nose of grandmother's raspberry jelly! In the mouth a lush mousse, very juicy and animating, incredibly fresh, almost untamed, the taste then positively ripe and cool at the same time.
