Disgorged 04/2025. Straw-coloured. Complex aroma: a hint of fino, but also small red berries, fresh apple skin, a touch of honey. The palate is impressively full-bodied and deep, the mousse still seems a little unsettled in the relatively freshly disgorged bottle, but should fit in very well with the powerful and intensely mineral structure. Gripping.
