Disgorged 06/2025. On the nose, aromas of bread crust, yeast extract, and pronounced savoury notes from ageing, as well as bergamot, yellow plum and apple. The vibrant mousse beautifully complements the robust body with its richness and cultured acidity supported by fruit. Very good length.
