Tasting Notes
A salmon pink with a pink tinge to the colour. On the nose some raspberry candy, rosehip, a hint of tertiary flavours. A fine fruit dominates the palate impression, the mousse is rather restrained and does not needle the palate to an exaggerated degree, together with the ripe acidity it ensures a beautiful freshness. Berry notes round off the harmonious, high-quality appearance.
More about the tastingBrilliant salmon pink with fine copper coloured reflections. Initially smoky wood savouriness on the nose with dark blackberry and a hint of blood orange. Refreshing mousse on the palate, supported by a balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins, mouth-filling and animating. Hints of tobacco and ripe red apple linger on the finish. A tasty, still youthful food companion with certain ageing potential.
