Tasting Notes
Vibrant , rich straw yellow in colour with subtle green nuances. Opens fragrant and clear with fine notes of elderflower, fresh apple, Mirabelle plum, lots of sage and mint, underpinned by fine flinty aromas. Initially round and full-bodied and when developing, shows itself to be very compact with juicy, ripe fruit, encased by lots of textural sweetness. Finishes long and nutty with a touch of light caramel.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green, silver reflections. Floral nuances, delicate acacia blossom and coconut, finely facetted, delicate yellow fruit notes, some cookie. Complex aromatic depth thanks to the spiciness of the Sauvignon, elegant and balanced, silky and harmonious, extract-sweet, but also underlaid with salty minerality, long-lasting, a wine of outstanding balance and length, great future.
