Tasting Notes
Bright, luminous straw yellow. An elegant nose of white blossom, ripe lemon, then pineapple and peach, and pickled apricots in the background. On the palate balanced and supported by fine acidity, and creamy and vivid. It unfolds in a long curve over the tongue, has a complex structure, and has a slightly bitter finish.
