Tasting Notes
The nose has the merest touch of TCA. Underneath that is a hint of apricot and more of that bitter pith. There is a touch of burnt mandarin peel and caramel and a certain sense of bitterness. There is a lovely, mouth-watering freshness and the mousse is still lively. The finish is still brisk and fresh.
