Bright, intense pink colour with a persistent mousse. Nose of sea salt, wet stone, second nose of raspberries, rich plums and a hint of hazelnuts, candied grapefruit on the finish. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, beautiful juiciness and clear fruit, with a juicy, fruity finish of tangerines.
