Intense straw yellow with persistent mousse. On the nose it is a very noble and expressive, oxidative style, notes of candle wax, oak, cream, toast, cold smoke, candied citrus and ripe quince, on the finish hazelnut, iodine, very complex. On the palate it is very generous and complex, with superbly integrated mousse, compact, finesse, as if from a block, very long lasting, clean, already very accessible, great.
