Tasting Notes
Intense straw yellow, with a persistent mousse. On the nose, very aristocratic and expressive, in an oxidative style, with notes of candle wax, oak, cream, toast, cold smoke, candied citrus fruit and ripe quince. On the finish, hazelnut, iodine, extremely complex. On the palate, wonderfully fine and complex, with a superbly integrated mousse, compact, full of finesse, very long lasting, clean, already very accessible, fabulous.
