Bright yellow with silver reflections. Beautiful lightness with floral notes, bread crust and lemon citrus. Great attack on the palate, fresh and creamy at the same time. Linear development with notes of butter and citrus fruits. Very long, juicy and fruity finish.
More about the tastingClear green-yellow, delicate mousse. On the nose multilayered and appealing, some coffee, then sweet pastry, some apricot, plenty of sea salt. Round and smooth in the first instance with fine yellow fruit notes, very good tension, salty and persistent.
