Bright apricot with persistent mousse. On the nose, yeast, milk chocolate, cold smoke, then some buttery brioche, citrus and stone fruit in the aftertaste, as well as iodine. On the palate great fruit and small-pearled mousse, precise, vertical, constantly juicy and slightly salty on the finish.
