Intense, bright golden yellow with a fine mousse. Complex, exciting and precise on the nose, with notes of candied fruit, quince, baguette, white pepper and rock salt. On the palate, great balance with racy acidity, a fine mousse, a concentrated core of fruit and a very long finish. A wine with great finesse.
