Tasting from 14.02.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Complex bouquet with lots of warm dark fruit. Dried plum, blackberry, redcurrant and sour cherry. In addition, a hint of cocoa and sweet tobacco as well as Christmas spices. Supple onset, powerful yet elegant in its unique way, lots of dark, dried berry fruit, fine-grained, polished tannins, sour cherry, long, mineral-savoury finish, and marked by lovely ripe acidity.
