Dark ruby, purple reflections and a delicate brightening on the rim. A hint of mint and cassis underlaid with red berry confit, a hint of orange marmalade and sweet spices on the nose. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherries, subtle eucalyptus notes, ripe, supporting tannins, some nougat, a minerally aftertaste, long on the palate, has the potential to age well, an elegant food wine.
