Deep ruby colour, deep core, subtle ochre rim. Delicate Amarena cherry, blueberry confit, some nougat, sweet woody savouriness, some liquorice underneath. Powerful, red berry texture, vivid wood nuances, integrated acidity, mineral finish, salty aftertaste, a spicy companion at the table.
