Tasting Notes
Powerful, delicately underseeded crimson garnet. Ripe plums, hints of damp wool, potting soil, red berryish confit, dried tomatoes, candied orange zest, mint and cassis. Full-bodied, elegant texture, round tannins, Châteauneuf du Pape flavours, mineral, lingers, still plenty of life, dark nougat on the finish, peppery only at the end, a bit drying.
