Tasted in 3/2021, the nose reveals aromas of apple and redcurrant, with a subtle yeasty note and some liquorice. On the palate the wine seems rather soft initially, the mild fullness of a warm year, but also juiciness, fine mousse, despite the sugar-free dosage the wine seems round and harmonious.
