A ripe yellow hue in colour. The wine unfolds a lush aroma, buttery notes, straw flowers, but also fresh floral tones, rapeseed and sunflower. The mousse is fine and has volume and play, the acidity gives tension. The wine is well balanced, not too sweet, gastronomic.
