A subtle salmon pink colour. Fresh herbs and spices, red fruit, some sour cherry, raspberry. On the palate, a well-crafted mousse, a fresh acidity, in a lively style, red fruit notes, beautiful phenolics, a delicate texture, wonderful as an aperitif or with starters.
