Light salmon pink colour. Herbal savouriness and fruit dominate the nose. Sweet cherry, strawberry, but also mint, garden cress and coriander. The palate is quite full-bodied, powerful with a slight viscosity; the fine mousse leads into a finish that balances the lively acidity with body and sweetness.
