Spicy aroma, apple skin, pear, light-coloured, ripe fruit, a hint of smoke and some brioche, with hazelnut behind it. On the palate with a well-judged mousse, fine acidity, pleasantly gripping, has a nice texture, again light-coloured fruit, gastronomic talent.
