The non-alcoholic de-alcoholised sparkling wine Feel Free Rosa, vintage 2021 from the winery SM Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Dornfelder , St. Laurent from the region Nahe in Germany.
A medium salmon pink in colour. Some strawberry, but also noticeable dealcoholisation aromas. On the palate, the carbonic acid foams quite vigorously, the sweetness dominates the centre of the palate and a pithy acidity leads onto the finish. In the end, this shows significantly more berry fruit than the flavour.
