Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A spicy nose, liquorice, mint, coriander, a hint of yeast. On the palate, the wine is slender, delicate, very dry, the mousse is fine and yet lively, the finish savouriness really lets the varietal type shine through. Original and successful.
