Delicate copper gold colour. Fine aroma of sour cherry, red apple, with a hint of brioche behind it. Lively mousse on the palate, pleasantly gripping with delicate phenolics, lively acidity, direct, completely straightforward, subtle red fruit, fresh finish.
More about the tastingA subtle shade of red plays into the golden yellow. Aromatically very clear, yellow grapes, apricots and mirabelle plums, also candy sugar. On the palate a linear structure and progression, fine, nervy acidity, fine-pearled mousse, builds on freshness and clarity of expression.
