Radiant salmon rosé colour in the glass. Red berries open the nose, strawberries, sweet cherries, raspberries, redcurrants, fine herbal savouriness, sage, bay leaf, and cider. Juicy on the palate with clear, sweet red berries, refreshing acidity and fine mousse make you want to take the next sip.
