Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Round, fine, somewhat powdery stone dust, a little smoke and light hint of peach on the nose. Fresh on the palate with lively sweetness and fine mousse. Nuances of red apple, a little stone fruit, orange blossom and zest emerge too on the palate. Fine acidic structure, well-balanced.
