Garnet red in the glass. Delicate floral entry on the nose, of violets and meadow herbs. Restrained, subtle sour cherry, white pepper and smoke. Taut and sparse on the palate. The fruit remains subtle and builds slowly. Mineral in character, with soft tannins and an animating acidity structure. Phenolic carries. Sour cherry and rosehip on the finish. Fresh, juicy, with stable integrated alcohol.
