The sekt »Pinot« brut nature, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Baumann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
Fine yeasty notes on the nose, brioche, apple skin, yellow apple, fresh wild berries, chamomile blossom. On the palate with a fine mousse to the creamy base interspersed with spiciness, fresh and gripping acidity to the ripe fruit, salty, animating as an aperitif or at the table.
